Scout's Honor

England's Scout Niblett is the sort of performer who makes you fall in love with music all over again. She wears a blonde wig onstage, records with Steve Albini, tours with Cat Power, and has the voice of an enthusiastic child. She wails over drum-heavy songs so gleefully that you wouldn't be surprised to see her rush off to catch fireflies with her friends.
